Dynamic Mentoring Package

Dynamic mentoring combines:

- CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy & mindset training)

- holistic therapy (including meditation and hypnotherapy)

- physical therapy (breathwork and yoga)

to help clients breakthrough their perceived limits, manage stress and anxiety, and work towards objective goals and intentions.

What’s included:

- 3x 45 min sessions (face to face or zoom)

- objectives and plans for each session

- homework to be completed in between sessions

- support via text during the duration of your 3x sessions

- invitation to networking & business events held during the year
