Return & Exchange Policy

*PLEASE NOTE; DUE TO COVID 19 AND HYGIENE  REASONS WE HAVE PUT RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

▪️​Purple Kitty Collective does not offer any refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases

▪️If an item is received with a manufacturing default we will allow an exchange or a refund

▪️For refunds and exchanges you must return the original item back to us within 7 working days with the original packaging and in new condition

▪️The contents and quantity of the product must be as originally sold

 ▪️All returned goods must be properly packed and sent by tracked delivery

▪️We do not offer refunds on change of mind - only faulty products

▪️If products received were damaged due to postal services, this will be taken up with the courier company before refunds or exchanges are made

▪️Please include your receipt/proof of payment with your returned item(s)

▪️Once an order has been dispatched; return postage will only be refunded if the products are deemed to be faulty

 ▪️Refunds for returned goods will be made as soon as possible and within 7 days of us receiving the item(s) back
